Using the FSA logo on your website

When using anyone’s intellectual property it’s always a good idea to get their explicit permission. This could be a logo or any other trademark.

If you’re thinking of using the FSA logo on your company’s site it’s worth taking a look at the FSA rules on the matter.

Usually the FSA gives authorised companies a general licence to use their logo on letters and their electronic equivalent (emails). A website is not considered to be an electronic equivalent of a letter and so is not covered under the licence (the same goes for business cards, compliment slips and other documents).
