This is an excellent opportunity to join a very reputable and market leading Fund. They invest in equities across all the major global markets. They are looking to hire due to an increase in number of funds managed, the launch of a new fund and number of trades processed. The team is a close knit and energetic team. The candidate will be carrying out reconciliations:

• Investigating cash recs
• Position recs
• Ensuring they are in line with prime brokers
• Dividend queries/recs
• Corporate action event notifications (instructing prime brokers to settle them)
• Dealing with post and prior value trade queries, liaising with traders and assisting with Management Information Reporting (NAV’s, P&L’s etc).


Requirements

• Finance oriented degree
• The successful candidate will have experience in either a Hedge fund /Prime Brokerage/Fund Administration environment, ideally in a small department where they have had exposure to several markets
• The candidate will be working the spectrum from booking of trade to the settlement, so dealing with entire settlement cycle
• It would be an advantage to have experience related to Stock loans, fees, corporate actions, dividends, in as many product areas (options, equities, convertible bonds, FX and Futures etc).
• I.T. literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
• Exposure to Microsoft Access / VBA / Macros would be a plus but not essential.
