RFP Officer Full-time

This Asset management company are currently looking to recruit an RFP Officer

Purpose:
• To prepare response to requests for proposals (RFPs) for investment management services and to pensions consultant questionnaires.
• Have a good knowledge of products and services, and the RFP and consultant questionnaire process

Key outputs:
• Complete Requests for Proposals
• Update and maintain consultant information
• Develop the articulation of the investment process for use in RFPs
• Provide support to the wider Global Marketing & Communications team
• Respond to consultant requests for information
• Respond to financial press surveys
• Liaise with investment managers, client relationship management, management information systems and performance to coordinate the efficient collection and presentation of data
• Other ad-hoc or project work as delegated to you

Relationships
• Establish effective working relationships with other team members, both in London and Geneva.

Decision Making Authority
• Works under the direct supervision of the head of the RFP team

Key Performance Indicators
• Ensure high quality, accuracy and timely issue of requests for proposal
Ensure product bibles are kept

Qualifications:
• Educated to A-level standard
• IMC is essential

Skills/knowledge:
• Reasonable IT skills in Excel & Word and ideally have knowledge of reporting tools

Experience:
• Preferably RFP writer with experience in financial services (will consider sales support and client service experience as relevant)
