Business Development (Associate level) Capital Markets Team Full-time

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development individual at “Associate level” to work within the Capital Markets team of this Global Alternative Investment Firm
With offices in The US, Asia and Europe this position will be based in London office

Working along an existing territory Sales manager you will have an all encompassing role from; assisting with the distribution of longevity-linked products in the MENA region; engaging top-tier accounts, developing strategy to improve penetration in the regions.
Lead generation, identification and qualification of new opportunities with existing, former and new clients, and strategic partners, fundamental research on potential opportunities throughout Europe and the Middle East

You must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to steer client relationships towards success and you will be expected to manage ongoing relationships.
You will also be required to develop and manage sales opportunities through qualification, proposal, selection, due diligence and closing stages.

Qualifications:
• 3-7 years Sales (and/or) relationship Management or Research within a financial services
• A strong researched based background would also be desirable
• Exposure to investment products linked to Life Settlements, Structured Settlements and Pre-Settlements also Longevity based securities experience beneficial
• Candidates from a Private Equity background will also be considered
• A proven understanding of the alternative product range with a particular focus on derivatives products and how they can be structured
• BE, BA/BS in MIS, CS Business or associated degree, MBA or MA/MS.
• You must be FSA regulated to apply for this position
