My client is an alternative investment management firm who markets multi strategy solutions to institutional clients. They are looking to hire a senior sales person, who also has experience with investor relations. The role will involve:
- Communication with investors to sell, provide investment knowledge and client support.
- Advise clients in suitable investment strategies.
- Proactively sell as well as provide effective client support.
Ideally the right candidate would have a background in sales at an investment bank and/or several years experience working at a hedge fund. Previous experience in dealing with institutional clients is essential and the candidate should demonstrate the following skills/experience:
- The ability to provide client service as well as perform to sales targets.
- Previous experience working in fund sales and client services.
- An existing network of pension fund clients would be beneficial.
- Extensive knowledge of the pension fund market.
