My client, a top investment firm is seeking to make an addition to its trading desk to work alongside senior portfolio manager on executing strategies and trades in equity markets. This would suit an associate level trader looking to move into a fund to enhance their knowledge and eventually progress into a portfolio management role.

Responsibilities for Equity execution trader Delta one/derivatives, UK, London.

• Trading and analyzing equities and equity derivatives

• Executing equity driven strategies in the market as directed by the portfolio manager

• Modeling and raping equity derivatives

• Discussing and analyzing trade and execution ideas with PM

Skills / Attributes for Equity execution trader Delta one/derivatives, UK, London.

• Strong technical and pricing knowledge within equity derivatives

• Detailed understanding of delta one products as well as overall knowledge of equity derivatives

• Bloomberg and excel/VBA skills

• Knowledge of best execution methods in equity derivatives markets

• Desire to learn and develop trading acumen.
