A well performing hedge fund is looking to add a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations professional to their highly skilled team. The position would suit someone looking to eventually develop a role within the area of Sales and Asset Raising. Both strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are crucial for a role such as this. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Fixed Income and Credit products.

Job description:

· Production of monthly client reporting, including factsheets, custom client reports and marketing presentations

· Production and distribution of monthly performance reports and presentations of an extremely high standard

· Ad hoc client valuations/bespoke material production and distribution

· Developing tailor-made presentations and marketing materials for specific investors and industry events

· Assisting with requests for information/requests for proposals (‘RFPs’) from investors/potential investors and maintaining the Team’s RFP answer database

· Arranging monthly or regularly scheduled review meetings with clients

· Supporting the development and on-going maintenance of the Client Relationship database

· Ad-hoc project work

Skills requirements:


· The ideal candidate will have a number of years of professional experience in the Hedge Fund/Asset Management Investor Relations domain.

· Good academic background, ideally having graduated from Finance (or related) degree.

· Commitment to detail, with a proactive approach to maintaining the look and appeal of all material

· A demonstrated team player and self-starter

· Experience dealing with Fixed Income and Credit products

· Ability to co-ordinate and manage several projects on an on-going basis and work effectively with all other individuals across the firm.
