Head of Business Change

Summary
This fantastic, growing and market leading hedge fund is looking for an established Change Manager to develop and implement this new role. The role will require the successful candidate to learn the operating model of the business, centralise all existing projects and collaborate with various heads of business to ensure that the firm is in a position to manage their existing growth strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design of business solutions to ensure maximum effectiveness of process integration, demonstrable controls and system rationalisation.
- Comprehension of complex business requirements to facilitate the effective delivery of business critical projects.
- Interact with Key business unit heads, technology and management on both day to day projects and defining and implementing major change.
- Work with subject matter experts in the business to promote business process change across the firm as a manager, mentor and role model.
- Provide support in systems integration and data management to develop existing platforms
- Ensure business process architecture is well understood across the firm and clearly documented.
Knowledge
- Previous Change Management knowledge
- Ideally a good working knowledge of hedge fund business practices
- Ideally CFA/MBA qualified
- Good process mapping skills
- Excellent communication skills
