My client is a multi strategy West End based hedge fund house. They are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual Busienss Analyst for permanent employment. The Business Analyst role provides considerable challenge, variety and opportunity for development in a business-facing environment. The candidate will work with resources across the business to help them develop and improve the effectiveness of our clients processes and systems.

Specific roles will vary and in addition to business analysis, may include significant elements of operating model innovation, process design, systems delivery and project management.
The successful candidate will often be working in collaboration with third parties to deliver projects ranging in size from a few weeks to several months.

Education/Experience Required

My client expects a high degree of competency, and are open to recruiting from both a consulting and industry background. Particular requirements include:

Strong academic performance in a degree at graduate or undergraduate level
Experience in trading industry roles that demonstrate the ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, business-facing environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially those demonstrated through business process analysis or IT systems delivery
Knowledge of key drivers of change within global financial markets, hedge funds or other investment management
