IT Manager - Support Manager - Hedge Fund - Desktop Services - Trade Floor Support - Server Support .
My client, a leading London based Hedge Fund is looking for a Support Manager / IT Manager to join their busy IT department.
You will be managing a team of 7-10 Support Analysts providing support for Desktop, Trade Floor & Server teams.
This is a hands off role where you will utilise your skills & experiences to provide a unified support structure for the business.
Excellent SLA, OLA & KPI skills will be needed & ITIL framework is a big plus. Project management skills are useful along with procurement & budgeting experience.
You will have honed your skills in either a hedge Fund, an Investment Bank or comparable Financial Services organisation.
