C# .NET Developer equity electronic trading system

My client is looking to recruit an Equity Electronic Trading system and Algo Developer, to be responsible for the design implementation and maintenace of trading systems within the Equities Electronic Execution Business
Smart C#/.NET developer required. Successful candidate will be working on high performance real-time trading systems.
Must be a quick learner, willing to work in a fast pace environment and able to work independently.
Must have experience developing core software systems and experience in finance would be a bonus.
Expert OOD and data design skills essential. Must be fluent in English and able to travel to the United States for training.
The right individuals will have had experience designing and developing equity electronic trading system at a bank, broker or hedge fund and have a strong academic background in financial engineering or computer science, 5+ years experience in development.
