Leading Hedge Fund - RFP/ DDQ Analyst

Fabulous opportunity to join a multi billion dollar global hedge fund. They are currently looking to hire a candidate who will be responsible for their RFP/DDQ process internally. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in a similar role to take on a new role within a great fund and team.
Job description
• Responsible for all DDQ/RFPs across the Fund
• Deal with all queries/questions in an efficient and effective manner
• Pro-active RFP responding for potential client mandates
• Ensure integrity of database and consistency of information, updating when needed
• Deal with all the relevant Senior Management/Team Heads internally to produce accurate and precise information
• Provide high level compliance oversight of RFP and Presentation documentation.
Person specification
• Extensive and proven experience in a similar role is a pre-req
• Understanding of Institutional investors
• High level of RFP and Presentation writing
• Experience of an RFP system desirable
• Exceptional time and task management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and people management skills
• Committed to a career in DDQ/RFP Management
• A team player and a flexible approach to team work as the role and firm promotes breadth of work experience
• Strong knowledge of the hedge fund/long only industry, with ideally past experience in a Hedge Fund/Asset Management firm.
